Programs

• The Leadership Wealth Creation program will empower individuals to turn their passion into financial reward, delivering a range of support services which will provide unemployed young people, parents and families with skills and tools to enable self-sufficiency and desirability within the workplace.
• Through education information empowerment and inspiration, the program will equip the community to develop practical skills and knowledge to address debt management, investments, mortgages, wills, and life insurance and overall financial literacy.
• Through entrepreneurship, business enterprise and start-up, apprenticeships, voluntary and work placement opportunities we will empower the community to become more employable, tackling poverty and building wealth of being within the black community through 100% participant employment.
• The 9P’s Program raises aspirations and awareness of societal issues that disproportionately impact our young people who face marginalisation, discrimination, institutional racism, and unconscious bias. We endeavour to make a difference within the lives of those members we serve from our community through exemplary models of excellence.
• Our programs seek to address the holistic individual member, to help them navigate their way through life. With clear positioning, the hope is that they will find internal and external peace, resulting in prosperity of their soul, which in turn will drive forward the productivity in their character. Finally, with the restoration of their pride, the power will be in the legacy they leave for those who will come after them.
